Ladies and Gentlemen,

On behalf of the Federal Government of Germany, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is active in the development of German-Georgian cooperation.

We intend to award a contract to a locally registered natural person for the following services:

Conduction of two Energy Efficiency Fairs in Georgian municipalities

Please see the attached Terms of Reference (Annex 1) for detailed information.

Should you be interested in implementing the tasks according to the Terms of Reference (Annex 1), we request you to submit a bid via e- mail to arrive at the GIZ no later than 11.04.2025 23:59 o’clock. Please address your bid to to the following E-mail: ge_quotation@giz.de

The offer shall be submitted in English. Offers submitted after the submission deadline will not be considered. Bids must be submitted in GEL (national currency), bids in other currencies will not be accepted.

Offered price shall include income tax and employee's part of pension contribution in case the bidder is joined in the funded pension system, and this should be indicated in the offer clearly.
